At Ritvi Collection, we strive to get your new favorite pieces into your hands as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the following shipping guidelines.
1. Order Processing Time

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it immediately.

Processing Window: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 calendar days of order confirmation.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart) to deliver across India and internationally.

Standard Shipping: Economy delivery, typically 5–10 business days (domestic) after dispatch.

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (domestic) after dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping: Varies by destination; delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping: On domestic orders over ₹2,499.

Flat-Rate Shipping:

Domestic standard: ₹150 per order under ₹2,499

Domestic express: ₹350 per order

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details.

You can track your package via the carrier’s website or in your Ritvi Collection account under Order History.
5. International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all Indian states and territories.

International destinations are supported in select countries; unavailable regions will be indicated at checkout.

P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are accepted for domestic shipments only.
7. Delays & Force Majeure

While we partner with reliable carriers, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Ritvi Collection is not responsible for delays beyond the carrier’s control but will assist in liaising with the carrier to resolve issues.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the original ship date at support@ritvicollection.com with your order number and details.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
