5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method; estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen events.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Change of mind: You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Defective or incorrect items: Please contact us within 14 days of receipt; we will arrange for return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.

• To initiate a return or exchange, email returns@ritvicollection.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
